Project ManagerJohn Kim joined Vanguard in 2017 bringing 10 years of construction industry experience. Previously, John was a Senior Project Manager at JBS Project Management, and a Project Manager for KDS Developers. At both positions he focused on building and maintaining client relations in addition to overseeing the field operations for across all construction projects. John possesses an extensive portfolio of ground-up and interior projects such as The Renwick Hotel, The Roger Hotel, Williams Sonoma, Yeshiva of Flatbush School, Mission Athletic Center, NYC Department of Education, and Stony Brook University.
John’s wealth of construction experience includes managing client relations, field operations, budgeting and tracking project costs, scheduling and purchasing in addition to site supervision. He executes all phases of the construction process to the highest professional standards, and prides himself on achieving and maintaining his clients’ satisfaction.
John received a B.A. in International Marketing and Finance from the University of Albany, a Master’s of Science in Construction Administration from Columbia University and he earned a Certification in Construction Management from New York University.
