The Scheduler serves a vital function in the growth of Vanguard Construction & Co. Their primary responsibility is to interpret information based on a set of drawings, review of Long Lead Items and specifications, discussions with fellow estimators, project managers, and visits to a site with the objective of producing an initial master schedule, and then updating it on a monthly basis using Primavera 6 software.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Scheduler to be a Team Player, Vanguard invites the candidate to join our growing construction team. The person should have a strong background in comprehending a set of construction drawings, from a background in either Estimating, Project Management, or Supervising projects. Candidate should intuit the constructability and logistics of building a job and interpret this across a timeline understandable to a client. They will collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, the Director of Sales and Estimating, the Director of Operations, the Marketing Team, the Principal and Senior Management.
Technical Skills –proficiency required in
- Proficiency in Primavera 6 software
