Retro Report

12,000 SF offices for the Non-Profit documentary news organization RetroReport replicates their transparent mission with open workstations and clear glass walled offices and conference rooms. Elevator lobby has glossy wood veneer walls and an inlaid stone floor, while the reception has a custom desk, wood floors and a black wood-paneled feature wall. Scope includes dropped sheetrock and acoustical tile ceilings alternating with exposed slabs and MEPS/FA ductwork and piping, suspended lighting and controls, pantry fit-out, new restrooms, coordination with client’s furniture systems, IT, AV and security, and architectural metal and glass and millwork installations.
