15,000 SF ground-up in the heart of Williamsburg developed by Thor Equities for The Salvation Army replaced an existing facility with a new two-story brick building with a full basement for retail use offering 60 feet of frontage. The façade features alternating black and red brick. Double height steel and glass windows are divided by a metal spandrel masking the slab between floors. Scope includes demolition, excavation, foundation, shoring, pinning, new services for gas, water and electric, structural steel shell with brick and masonry walls, new doors, stairs, elevator, roofing, poured concrete slabs, MEPS/FA, lighting, coordination with WiFi and security, and new sidewalk and curb.
