TimeOut NY just released their list of 22 Best Waterfront Bars and Restaurants in NYC, just in time for the summer! Topping out their list was The Fulton NYC by Jean-Georges in at Pier 17 in the Seaport. Vanguard completed this two-story restaurant build-out in September 2020 on behalf of Chef Jean-Georges and the Howard Hughes Corporation. The project features multiple dining rooms and outdoor patio with new stair, MEPS/FA, lighting controls, AV, security, restrooms and full kitchen with exhaust system. Rain or shine, The Fulton offers gorgeous waterfront views of the city all year round!
