Renovation of a block-through lobby for Immobilien Investment GHBM while building, elevators, and W45th and W44th Street entrances were fully accessible by tenants and staff. Logistics and multiple phasing incorporated an elevated scaffold to access MEPS/FA, lighting, security, and ceiling installations over traffic below. Numerous temporary walls were relocated to maintain a public appearance and separate work in progress. Scope included back-lit graphic glass panels, stone wall and floor restoration, metal restoration, plaster restoration, custom reception desk, new light fixtures, relocating elevator call buttons to ADA accessible height, MEPS/FA and glass entry doors.
