New façade and lobby for Zar Apparel Group included white glass panels with stainless steel trim, Bardiglio stone walls, Caldia marble floor, custom reception desk, new storefront, revolving door, canopy and signage, with lighting, MEPS and FA, and refurbishment of ten elevators through multiple phases and relocated temp walls, all while the building remained fully occupied and accessible.
