550 Madison – COTE Korean Steakhouse, Bar Chimera, Sushi Yoshitake

12,000 SF front of house + 8,300 SF back of house restaurant elevates the existing COTE concept into a multi-level experience beneath the NYC Landmarked 60’ ceilings of the Phillip Johnson designed atrium at 550 Madison Avenue. Scope includes new Ansul, precipitator, two (2) kitchens, MEPS, light fixtures with Lutron controls, new elevator, BOH stair, and a metal/wood/plaster FOH stair, green walls, a water fountain feature, and a custom traditional Japanese sushi bar imported from Japan. The extensive millwork, metal and finish package includes plaster walls, custom bars, wait stations, wine cabinets, mirror, metallic finishes, paneling,  stone and carpet, bespoke banquettes, tables and chairs, and signage.
