Greenthal & Co. introduced a new ceramic tile floor, lighting with Lutron controls and automatic window shades, detailed custom architectural millwork, carpeting, stone counters with decorative wallcovering, and new aluminum storefront with automatic doors, with upgraded MEPS, FA and security systems, safely constructed through phases within an occupied building.
