10,000 SF job restaurant and kitchen for The Howard Hughes Corporation, NOHO Hospitality Group and chef Andrew Carmellini extends over two floors of dining, a mezzanine with office and AV closet, and an exterior seating area. Scope included a new curved stair, elevator and dumbwaiter, MEPS/FA along with kitchen exhaust, tiled floors, wood ceilings, an ornately designed mirror, glass and architectural metal circular bar, upholstered banquette seating units and millwork serving stations with custom lamps, coordination with client’s furniture, finishes and equipment, lighting with controls, indoor/outdoor sound system, and new storefront and signage.
