4,500 SF gut renovation of Michelin starred restaurant Daniel for The Dinex Group took place over five weeks between August 1st and Labor Day requiring several months of pre-construction and pre-ordering of long lead materials. Scope included plaster, wood, paint, stone, and exterior steel canopy restoration, custom wine display refrigeration wall, lit-from-within glass balustrades, custom architectural millwork display feature with integrated lighting, curved wood and glass transom, faux wall finishes, carpeting, stone bar top, installation of custom Bernardaud ceramic chandeliers, upholstered wall panels and screens, custom lighting and controls, and careful coordination with client’s artwork and furniture.
