Roll-out of 750 to 1,200 SF beauty salons across multiple locations in and around Manhattan for DryBar blow-out salons, including freestanding stores and a shop-in-shop located at Brookfield Place. Scope included extensive plumbing for hair washing sinks, and also new MEPS/FA, pressed tin ceilings, wood floors, specialty lighting, and custom architectural millwork hair-styling stations, service counter and bar, and display cabinetry for hair products. Each location also features an office, bathroom with tiled floors, in-store signage or backlit awnings, extensive AV to entertain customers, with upgraded ramps and railings to be handicapped accessible where required.
