3,000SF store with new MEPS/FA, lighting poured epoxy floors and custom millwork, embroidered linen upholstered on walls and doors, polyurethane panels and freestanding pods, all imported from China. Hanging the custom suspended steel shelves of rough limestone, granite, and marble, Vanguard secured their weight using rods, metal plates and beam clamps connected to the steel above. The mall and the State of NJ requested the shelves be calculated approved after the installation. Vanguard appointed an independent engineer to calc the load and invited visual inspection through speaker openings, avoiding costly removal of the interlocking wood ceiling.
