1,500 SF build out for U.K. based FaceGym, a treatment salon for facial spa exercises. Scope included installing new MEPS/FA with cleanly exposed ductwork, sprinkler and electrical piping, patching the exposed slab, and painting the ceiling black, allowing the suspended light fixtures to glow in relief, in addition to ceramic tile and carpeted floors, coordination with custom millwork and display fixtures, mirrors, signage, reception desk, along with a fit-out of an office and bathroom.
