Vanguard has built, new or renovated, over 50,000 SF of freestanding retail banks for HSBC across NYC since 2015. Scope includes new storefront, MEPS/FA, lighting, custom teller stations with bulletproof glass, back-of-house rooms and offices, safe rooms, tellers booths and counters, pantries and bathrooms, with lighting, ceiling, flooring, architectural millwork, coordinating with security, AV, IT and signage.
