2,000 SF interior fit-out for a new children’s fitness and enrichment center in the City Point mall on behalf of MyGym and Acadia Realty. The play space includes a rock climbing wall and zip line with mirrored walls and various jungle gyms. Scope includes new MEPS/FA, exposed industrial ceiling, light fixtures, wood wall paneling, wall-covering and extensive coordination with client’s AV, and custom carpeting and wood flooring throughout. Also performed were back-of-house offices and new ADA compliant restrooms with diaper changing stations.
