Jack Robinson

Jack joins Vanguard after an extensive career in construction project management at A D Baker in the UK, experienced in the high-end retail sector taking projects from pre-construction to turnover. He effectively coordinates trades, builds partnerships, and works collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and local officials to ensure the timely and budget friendly completion of his jobs. On Pre-Construction, Jack develops preliminary budgets with allowances and follows up with consultants and subcontractors confirming scope and specifications, finalizing the project’s total costs within expectations. He demonstrates the ability to tackle challenging, high-pressured tasks while prioritizing the project’s success and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing rugby.

Jack holds a BA in Physical Sports Education from St. Mary’s University, London, UK, where he also played Rugby. He is a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card holder and is certified in AutoCAD 2022 and UKATA Asbestos awareness.
