James Henrichsen

James joined our firm in August 2024, bringing with him over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting out as a carpenter for residential projects, James used his technical skills and  to work his way up the ranks at major construction firms like Sphere Construction, Reidy Contracting, and Petreti and Associates. As an Executive Project Manager, James brings to Vanguard a wealth of knowledge and proven track record of successfully overseeing diverse projects. James’ commitment to excellence is demonstrated through his effective leadership constructing high rise ground-up buildings, healthcare, residential, or retail projects for demanding  clients.  Other than his construction experience, James says that becoming a parent made him a better manager.
