Michael Farrell

Michael joined Vanguard in 2018 and has over 15 years of experience as a Superintendent. Before joining our firm, he honed his construction management skills and specialized in large scale commercial and interior projects. Michael is a driven and detail-oriented superintendent who prides himself on the meticulous execution of each project. He is extremely talented at selecting teams, field management, budgeting, and implementing operational and safety protocols. Michael is committed to delivering all of his projects on time and on budget all without compromising quality and individual safety.

Michael holds a 30-Hour OSHA card and certificates for 62 HR Site Safety Training (SST), and 7HR Site Safety Manager Training. He obtained a B.S. in Construction Management from University College in Waterford, Ireland.
