Paul leads Vanguard’s operational strategy, business development, and company growth initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience across construction, facilities management, and real estate, he brings a deep understanding of scaling organizations, streamlining operations, and building strong client relationships. Collaborating closely with executive leadership and project teams, Paul focuses on creating efficient systems that support long-term growth while maintaining the highest standards of service and execution. His leadership style combines operational discipline with a hands-on approach, ensuring teams remain aligned from preconstruction through project completion.

Paul previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Andromeda Access Group and United Building Maintenance Corp., where he led operational restructuring, national expansion initiatives, and company-wide efficiency improvements. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at ABM Industries, CBRE, Edward S. Gordon, LVI Group and other major organizations, overseeing large-scale real estate, engineering, and construction operations across multiple markets.
