From a lengthy career in development as an Owner’s Representative and Project Executive, Stamati brings his exceptional talents to Vanguard. Stamati has extensive experience in the luxury residential market, including commercial-to-residential conversions, adaptive re-use, high-end condominiums, and historic renovations. Practiced in pre-construction budgeting, contract review, scheduling, or stepping in at critical junctures to resolve issues and move the job along, Stamati keeps a responsible, watchful eye on his projects. Stamati holds an MS in Science and Energy Facilities Management from NYIT and a
BBA in Business Management from Hofstra University. He is a registered NYC Buildings
Construction Superintendent and a NYC Department of Buildings Filing Representative.
He has also completed his OSHA 30-hour training.
