Stephanie Salazar

Stephanie joined Vanguard in 2020 and is an integral part of our team ever since. Utilizing her background in customer service and business administration, Stephanie is responsible for coordinating subcontractor insurance across all of our projects. She is the liason between Vanguard and our insurance entities and our clients, and subcontractors to ensure compliance throughout the construction phase on all our active projects. Stephanie also supports our internal team with onboarding, IT coordination, and general office management. Although she wears many hats, she faces each challenge with a positive attitude and treats everyone she encounters with respect.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from SUNY College at Old Westbury New York and is a Procore Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior to joining Vanguard, Stephanie honed her people skills as a bank teller at TD Bank and a Bridal Consultant at a New York catering hall.
