First on their list was The Fulton NYC by Jean-Georges in at Pier 17 in the Seaport. Vanguard completed this two-story restaurant build-out in September 2020 on behalf of Chef Jean-Georges and the Howard Hughes Corporation. The project features multiple dining rooms and outdoor patio with new stair, MEPS/FA, lighting controls, AV, security, restrooms and full kitchen with exhaust system. Rain or shine, The Fulton offers gorgeous waterfront views of the city all year round!
