Conversion of existing apartments into multi-bedroom condos for Atlas Capital in an occupied residential building required infrastructure upgrades such as new electrical service, risers for electrical, water, gas, and fire safety, lighting, ceilings, ceramic floor restoration and painting in stairs, corridors and main lobby, with plaster molding, marble and terrazzo restoration, and new bronze entry doors. Renovated apartments received new windows, wood floors, kitchens, bathrooms with underfloor heating, custom architectural moldings and trim, lighting and HVAC.
