Conversion of a 2,003 SF restaurant for Owner Field Trip NYC & Chef JJ Johnson introduces an industrial feel with exposed brick walls and an open kitchen featuring solid fuel cooking, new Ansul, and exhaust to the roof. The former retail space now features a tiled floor, new hanging and recessed lighting, and interior & exterior digital displays. The cellar includes a new walk-in fridge. The scope also includes new MEPS/FA, extensive lighting integrated with AV, millwork seating and service stations, restrooms, and kitchen modifications to elevate the dining experience.
