1,720 SF restaurant on behalf of NoHo Hospitality Group and Chef Andrew Carmellini in the newly constructed Pier 17 in the Seaport District. Scope includes wood exterior façades, storefronts with backlit signage, MEPS/FA, new kitchen with Ansul and exhaust systems, lighting, mirrored ceiling, curved interior paneling, custom booths with glass partitions and architectural millwork, coordination with client’s furniture and finishes, IT and security, and elevator installation.
