Multi-phase, Gold LEED project for Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital relocated multiple departments across various phases to newly renovated wings across two floors in a fully functioning hospital. Scope included new MEPS/FA, roofing, waterproofing, steel dunnage and piping, vinyl tiled floors with custom pattern, suspended wood panel and health-grade tiled ceilings, lighting, glass partitions and doors, new treatment and recovery rooms with custom headboards incorporating medical gases, millwork and medical grade cabinetry, coordination with specialty equipment, offices and restrooms. All work was performed to the highest ICRA standards, with temporary walls and protection safeguarding patients, staff and visitors.
