20,000 SF project for the Hudson Bay Company renovated an entire floor over multiple phases, keeping Women’s Shoes continuously open while turning over shop-in-shops for Christian Louboutin or Chanel, within an operating flagship department store. Scope included new lighting and controls, reconfigured MEPS/FA, marble floors and custom carpets, architectural metal screens, and coordination with high-end mirror, metal, glass and millwork display fixtures, upholstered seating and loose furniture. Logistics submitted for client review and approval included painted temporary walls maintained to appear “front-of-house” while ensuring sprinkler, AV and security coverage for customers and staff remained through each phase.
