6,000 SF two-story restaurant for Momofuku Group and the Howard Hughes Corporation features a new kitchen with exhaust, stair, elevator, downstairs dining/bar area with coffered wood ceiling with integrated lighting, custom refrigeration displays, and stone and tile bar, with upstairs dining featuring individual exhaust hoods over dining tables for grilling. Outdoor seating area features heaters, pergolas and planters. Scope also included MEPS/FA, new bathrooms, lighting with Creston controls, AV system which supports karaoke, signage, architectural millwork, metal and glass, and furniture throughout, and extensive coordination with kitchen designer and client’s FFE.
