Full demolition and renovation of existing restaurant for owners J2K Creative and restaurant namesake Chef Mel Rodriguez. The dining room features a private alcoves, custom tilework, lighting, A/V system and modifications to existing HVAC. The bar and open kitchen area reveal a one-of-a-kind woodburning pizza oven built to resemble a disco ball. New millwork included a pick-up station, service station, bar seating, along with changes to existing cooking equipment. Signature drywall arches complement the sister restaurant, Al Coro, next door.
