24,000 SF multi-level restaurant features two kitchens, three private dining rooms, a private lounge space, a 22-seat sushi bar, and a 44- seat bar encircling full-height, custom hemp-rope sculptures. During Pre-Construction, Vanguard pursued alternate distributors for AC units to identify and purchase units to compress lead time and obtain savings within budget. Inspired by both Japanese and Italian traditional design, the 432-seat restaurant features intricate architectural millwork and glass, high-end finishes, and custom wood flooring throughout. Additional scope includes new MEPS/ FA, integrated AV and a DJ station, interior/exterior signage, stairs, dumbwaiters, coordination of FFE,  glass, restrooms, and extensive customized lighting with controls.
