8,400 SF renovation for the Hospitality Department and Chef Franklin Becker incorporating multi-level dining and outdoor seating at the Met Life Building. With an oceanic theme to match their menu, the restaurant features BASWA Phon curved acoustical ceilings with a reflective Newmat surface, a cove-lit, recessed bar featuring gold wallcovering, custom curved, upholstered banquettes, terrazzo floors, a tiled bar topped with a recycled plastic counter from Smile Plastics, UK. The private dining room features a 182-piece crystal light fixture from the Czech Republic resembling a school of fish. Scope also included MEPS, FA/FS, lighting and controls, bathrooms, kitchen refurbishment, carpet, and coordination with client’s furniture, finishes and equipment.
