Grand Brasserie

16,000 SF French-style brasserie with multiple bars, 400-seat dining area, and a grab and go café in Vanderbilt Hall in the NYC Landmarked interiors of Grand Central Terminal. Within the grand dining room, the extensive tile, stone and metal bar and back bar, and customized banquettes with integrated lighting, are completely removable from the Beaux-Arts plaster/faux Caen stone block walls and Tennessee marble floors. A variety of seating arrangements, all with distinctive red leather upholstery, includes the historic corner wooden benches servicing the former waiting area. Seating continues into the interior dining room, renovated with new ceilings, flooring, and a new bar, featuring an L-shaped liquor display illuminated by gold backlit shelves. Scope also includes new MEPS/ FA, lighting, refurbished restrooms, coordination of AV, signage, and FFE.
