3,000 SF full demolition and renovation for Lodi Restaurant on behalf of Tishman Speyer and Mattos Hospitality. Scope of work included select demolition and refurbishment of the FOH space, and partial renovation of the BOH kitchen. Eutree white oak bar counter throughout the FOH space that includes pilasters with laser cut wheat motif and Carrera countertops, new dome ceiling with special plaster finish and wheat motif artwork, new lighting , and AV system and modifications to the existing HVAC system. Nero Marquina  floor tiles with yellow travertine border that follows the bar counter. New pick up station, service station and bar seating. BOH changes to the existing cooking equipment, new lighting and ceilings.
