Gut renovation of entire 7^th floor at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in the Miner Building for the new In-Patient Medical Surgical Recovery suite introduced 40 patient beds, offices, supply closets and a new nurses station. Scope included new MEPS/FA, integration of medical gases and power for monitoring equipment into 40 headboards, lighting and AV, recessed track for privacy drapes, health grade ceilings, linoleum tile and wood vinyl plank floors, coordination with medical and emergency call equipment, doors, frames, guard rails, handicapped accessible restrooms, custom architectural millwork counters and cabinetry, and window treatment.
