7,500 SF gut renovation of the 4th and 10th floors created In-Patient and out-patient Behavioral Health Medical Suites for NYC Health + Hospitals. Phased projects introduced new treatment, examination, and recovery rooms, all with bathrooms, nurses stations, waiting areas, public restrooms, offices and corridors. Scope included new MEPS/FA, suspended health-grade tile and sheetrock ceilings, lighting with specialty fixtures at reception areas, wood vinyl and ceramic tiled floors, custom casework with glass transaction windows, millwork desks, counters and cabinetry, doors and hardware, custom murals on walls, and coordination with IT, security, and nurse calls systems, all built to ICRA standards.
