Renovation of 3-star Michelin restaurant during a two-month summer shutdown included installation of a Molteni professional island cooktop, modernized kitchen equipment, and new terrazzo floor with stainless steel base. The front of house received new lighting and MEPS/FA improvements, while the Private Dining Room was fitted with custom wood doors and frames, millwork, sconces and light fixtures, wallcovering, carpeting and base. An architectural metal and glass, and wood bar station was rebuilt, existing woodpanels refinished, new carpeting and wall finishes installed, and the entry reception area upgraded. Extensive coordination with client FFE, lighting, A/V and security.
