8,500 SF multi-level restaurant fit-out features six immersive, interconnected dining areas: an enclosed former loading dock with double-height ceilings; a den with walnut and leather banquettes; a newly built mezzanine overlooking the lower rooms; a private dining room with a 14-seat marble table, a U-shaped onyx bar, and eucalyptus wood veneered furniture, with plaster walls and wall paneling throughout. Scope also includes new kitchen, Ansul, MEPS/FA, new elevator, storefront, a curved, lit staircase leading to the mezzanine and private dining rooms, a custom stone and glass LED lit bar, lighting and controls, integrated AV, and coordination with client’s FFE.
