25,000 SF offices for Quartz Media expresses their innovative culture within an open, minimal, modern design on a budget, fast-tracked over a build-out of only 10 weeks. Scope included painting the exposed slab, columns and walls and all MEPS/FA ductwork, trays and piping, new lighting, an extensive custom millwork package of screens, seating elements and storage units, all made of painted or clear-coat varnished laminated plywood, a pantry and lunchroom, bathrooms, linoleum floors and carpeting, and extensive wiring and AV coordination to support hi-tech conferences, presentations, staff lunches, or movie nights.
