10,000 SF project for The City University of New York gutted and re-built two existing auditoriums and sound booths, with new MEPS/FA, linoleum floors over multiple seating levels and steps, handrails, wood tambour paneling, lighting, lecterns, and a million-dollar audio-visual installation with equipment, speakers and large and small projection screens at the front and rear of each room. One auditorium received new stadium seating. The other, curved seating and a curved continuous writing surface with data ports. Ceiling with curved lighting slots mimics below. Scope also included an adjacent room for large gatherings with new carpeting, lighting, walls, ceilings and finishes.
