Jeffrey Koffler joined Vanguard in 1994. As Director of Construction, Jeffrey oversees all active Vanguard projects, from project staffing, to quality control, to closing out projects. At the kick-off of every job, he meets with the Vanguard project team of Project Manager, Assistant PM, and Superintendent, to identify long lead items, review logistics and staging, confirm means and methods, and help set standards of Quality Control. Jeff works behind the scenes, expediting the accounting, or, ensuring the staffing of subcontractors and as well as Vanguard labor. As a Senior Executive, Jeff represents Vanguard when meeting with clients, building owners, consultants or subcontractors to identify issues and offer solutions.
Jeff also acts as Director of Safety, performing ongoing reviews of Vanguard Fire Safety, OSHA and Covid-19 safety regulations, as applied on all of our active job sites, and helping to update our protocols. His ongoing concern is ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our project team, subcontractors, clients and consultants, along with the project’s tenants, visitors and neighbors, while simultaneously overseeing across the bandwidth of our jobs where he will step in to support and assist, so all of our projects complete successfully.
